  • 6 leaves of kale
  • 3 carrots (zanahorias), peeled and cleaned
  • 2 red apples, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 beet (remolacha), peeled and cleaned
  • 1 lemon, peel removed
  • A 2.5 cm slice of ginger, peeled and cleaned

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and clean the fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
    • Peel the carrots, beet, and lemon.
    • Chop the carrots, apples, and beet into small pieces for easier blending.
  • Blend:
    • Add one or two cups of water to your blender.
    • Put all the ingredients together in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Strain:
    • Use a sieve or cheesecloth to separate the mixture and gather the juice. Press down on the pulp to extract as much juice as possible.
    • Stir the juice again with a spoon.
  • Serve:
    • You can add some ice cubes to make the juice cooler.

    • To keep the juice fresh, store it in a glass jar and place it in the refrigerator.
