Healthy Apple Oatmeal Pancakes


 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • sweet apple, grated

  • ¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Coconut oil or butter for cooking

 Directions

1. Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt

2. Add Wet Ingredients

3. Add the Apple

  • Fold in the grated apple
  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken

4. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick pan with a bit of oil or butter over medium heat
  • Spoon batter to form small pancakes
