A creamy, tropical twist on limeade—smooth, frosty, and perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
½ cup fresh lime juice (about 4–5 limes)
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk (or sugar, adjust to taste)
2 cups ice
½ cup cold water (optional, for desired consistency)
Instructions:
Juice the limes – Roll limes on the counter to soften, then cut and squeeze to get ½ cup of fresh lime juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.
Blend ingredients – In a blender, combine lime juice, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk (or sugar), and ice. Blend until smooth.
Adjust consistency – If too thick, add cold water (½ cup or as needed) and blend again.
Taste & sweeten – If needed, add more sweetened condensed milk or sugar for desired sweetness.
Serve immediately – Pour into glasses over extra ice and enjoy!
Tip: Garnish with lime slices or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a tropical touch.
