Ultra Soft Homemade Bread Rolls



🔸 *Ingredients:*


• 500 g flour  

• 1 packet dry yeast  

• 1 tbsp sugar  

• 1 tsp salt  

• 250 ml warm milk  

• 1 egg  

• 50 g soft butter  


🔸 *Preparation:


1. Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.  

2. Add flour, salt, egg, and butter. Knead until you get a soft dough.  

3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.  

4. Punch down the dough, shape into balls, place on a tray, and let rest for 30 minutes.  

5. Brush with a little milk.  

6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
